Recently, I have become fascinated by the concept of discipline as well as realizing that for many years I have not had a daily routine.
This was the first video that came to my attention when exploring what the 'experts' had to say about the importance of discipline; here are a few quotes from the video:

"It's about facing your fears. It takes discipline to face your fears, so you can conquer them.

An interesting comment that I saw under this video: The undisciplined are slaves of their emotions.
