Earthing ~ The Science of grounding

I had seen a fascinating documentary on Earthing ~ The Remarkable Science of Grounding and was amazed by much of what I heard. Shortly after, I ordered a grounding mat, which you attach to the grounding socket with a chord, to rest my feet on while at the computer so I could get the benefits of grounding. I also ordered a pillow case that was grounded in the same way.

The man who started the grounding movement is Clint Ober. He is featured in this remarkable documentary ~ The Earthing Movie ~ that is free to watch on youtube. Initially he was skeptical, like many. It took him twenty years to get this out to the world. He says that until you experience it, you likely won't believe it. He says that the invention of the rubber soled show was likely what caused the proliferation of inflammation related health disorders more than anything else.

It is said that ..... Earthing helps balance the nervous system, lower stress, reduce inflammation and inflammation-related pain, and improve sleep and energy. The research also suggests that the electrodynamics of blood, a subject not very familiar to doctors, is also improved, and this effect may lead to a more desirable blood viscosity (thickness), reduced aggregation of red blood cells, and better overall circulation.
