I had the amazing opportunity to step inside one of the most remarkable buildings I have ever been in. It's so true how our environments shape us. Grow up immersed in a beautiful environment and you'll want to create something similar if you ever leave what you grew up in. I know a child who was born at Pacha Mama Retreat Center in Costa Rica. In his free time, he walks down the trail to the ocean and goes surfing. Not sure why he would ever want to leave.
There is something to be said about growing up in an environment that perhaps feels more like a village.
In the societies that so many grow up in it seems as though many move around quite a bit often unaware that no matter where you go, there you are. If one is not at peace within, going here and there will only make it more challenging to find that stillness that many search for.
